SHIPPING
Every JOHNSONANDSCOTT garment receives an individual finishing detail. Some pieces undergo significant reconstruction or surface work, while others receive a smaller, more subtle alteration. Regardless of scale, every garment passes through the hands of one of our founders for finishing and inspection before it leaves us.
Please allow 20-30 business days for processing and fulfillment. This gives us time to complete the finishing work, inspect each garment, and prepare your order carefully.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
Eligible items may be exchanged for another available piece or issued store credit. Due to the limited and one-of-one nature of many JOHNSONANDSCOTT garments, exact replacements may not always be available.
