This website is operated by JOHNSONANDSCOTT. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JOHNSONANDSCOTT.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You may not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws while using the Services.

3. PRODUCTS, LIMITED RELEASES & HAND-FINISHED GARMENTS

Many JOHNSONANDSCOTT products are produced in limited quantities. Certain garments may be one-of-one, reconstructed, reworked, individually finished, distressed, faded, dyed, embellished, layered, or otherwise altered by hand.

As a result, variations in color, texture, placement, distressing, fading, construction, finish, and other details may occur. These variations are part of the nature of the garment and are not necessarily considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, or display settings.

Product measurements and sizing information are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Please review all available sizing information, garment measurements, descriptions, and photographs before purchasing.

Certain pieces are one-of-one and cannot be recreated or replaced with an identical garment once sold.

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

4. AVAILABILITY & PRICING

Products may be available in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve the item. A purchase is not complete until checkout and payment have been successfully processed.

Prices, product descriptions, availability, and other information may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, promotional, inventory, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected order when appropriate.

We may discontinue products or releases at any time.

5. ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, unauthorized resale activity, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information.

You are responsible for reviewing your order and shipping information before completing checkout.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made.

6. PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, please allow 20–30 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Many JOHNSONANDSCOTT garments involve limited production, individual finishing, reconstruction, or hand-altered details. These processes may require additional time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the limited nature of our collections and the unique characteristics of many JOHNSONANDSCOTT pieces, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not accept general returns or exchanges.

If an order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligibility for a replacement, refund, or store credit will be determined in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, JOHNSONANDSCOTT may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, early access, or other offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be combined.

  • Discount codes have no cash value.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

  • Eligibility requirements may apply.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end promotions as permitted by applicable law.

  • We reserve the right to reject fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, or unauthorized use of promotional offers.

The JOHNSONANDSCOTT® name, branding, logos, garment designs, graphics, artwork, photographs, videos, written material, product names, Site design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to JOHNSONANDSCOTT, except where otherwise indicated.

Third-party trademarks, artwork, materials, or other intellectual property appearing through authorized collaborations remain subject to the rights of their respective owners where applicable.

Nothing in this section requires you to transfer ownership of your original intellectual property to JOHNSONANDSCOTT merely by contacting us.

You may unsubscribe from email marketing using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.

You may opt out of SMS marketing by following the opt-out instructions included in applicable messages.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional communications relating to your purchases, account, or customer service requests.
