Shipping policy

Please allow 20–30 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

JOHNSONANDSCOTT garments are handled differently than traditional mass-produced clothing. Many pieces are produced in limited quantities and may go through additional finishing, reconstruction, fading, distressing, embellishment, or other hand-applied processes before they are ready to leave us.

Every garment also receives an individual finishing detail and is personally handled, inspected, and prepared by one of our founders before shipment. Some pieces require significantly more work than others, and we intentionally allow additional time to make sure each garment is finished and sent out at the standard we expect.

The 20–30 business day processing window allows us to complete these additional steps without rushing the work.We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order moves through this process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

JOHNSONANDSCOTT is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
